This is a Christmas 2013 recipe. I made this for the first time with a twist of Rose Water instead of the vanilla extract.
3 softened cream cheese
2 egg yolks
2 tbspn Rosewater
3/4 cup sugar
3 tbspn all purpose flour
1 graham cracker ready made crust
Note: This is a recipe for more than one pie crust. You could make 4 additional pies.
Preheat oven to 475 degrees Fahrenheit.
In a bowl mix all the ingredients till the batter is soft
Add enough of the batter to the crust (see the level in the picture above)
Put the crust with the batter in the oven and let it bake in the oven for 10 minutes.
Turn down the heat to 200 degrees fahrenheit.
Let it bake for 35 more minutes at 200 degrees fahrenheit.
Turn off the oven and let it sit in the oven for an hour.
Remove from oven and let cool for 1 hour at room temperature.
Refrigerate for a couple if hours (4-5 hours).
Serve with whipped cream or as is.
