I have spent countless hours trying to perfect a snack that is healthy and delicious, that does not require baking and is not that high in sugar. Well look no further. Here is the recipe.

Peanut butter – 2 big tbspns

Chia seeds – 2 1/2 tbspns

Ground flax seed powder – 2 1/2 tbspns

Coconut Flour – 3 tbspn

Sugar free pancake syrup – 1 1/2 tbspn

Method:

  1. Mix all the ingredients together , until you have a sticky consistency.
  2. Prepare small round balls.
  3. Let it cool in the fridge for 10 minutes
  4. abd you are ready for a healthy snack for you or your little one.
