This is a quick no hassle recipe.


1 container of White mushrooms – Wash mushrooms thoroughly, remove stems from mushroom and finely chop mushrooms.
1/2 large onion finely chopped
1/2 teaspoon oil
1/2 teaspoon salt or to taste
1/2 teaspoon powdered pepper or to taste


Add oil to a pan
Let it warm up
Add the mushrooms and onions at the same time
Let it cook till the mushrooms turn dark
Add salt and pepper
Let it cook for an additional 5 minutes

Serve as is.
