These are awesome snacks that are vegan and low calorie. You could end up eating these as a snack or as part of a meal if you wish.


  1. One whole Cauliflower medium sized washed and cut. You could use the frozen cauliflowers, but make sure you thaw them.
  2. Yogurt plain – 5 tbspns
  3. garam masala – 1 tspn
  4. Cumin powder – 1 tspn
  5. Turmeric Powder – 1/2 tspn
  6. salt to taste
  7. Mango or amchur powder – 1/2 tspn


  1.  Turn on the oven to bake to 350 degrees
  2. Mix ingredients 2 through 7 in a bowl
  3. add the cauliflower pieces to the mixture and make sure they are covered
  4. Grease the baking tray
  5. Arrange the cauliflower on a baking tray.
  6. Bake for 20 minutes or until the cauliflower pieces are soft
  7. Garnish with coriander.
  8. Serve and enjoy
