This is a good winter soup to serve, especially since pumpkins are in season at this time.


20 ounces pumpkin mashed

1/2 onion chopped

Coconut milk 1/2 can

Red pepper flakes

Chicken Curry powder 1 Tspn

Coriander powder 1 Tspn

1/2 Tspn salt

1 clove garlic

Vegetable broth 3 Cups

Coconut oil 1/2 tbspn

Let the coconut oil warm in a pan

Add the coriander, garlic, onions, red pepper flakes

Add the rest of the ingredients

Cook for 15 minutes

Blend n a blender

Serve as is or with bread
