I made this for the first time yesterday. This chutney can be used as a spread instead of butter. It is flavorful and healthy.
1 cup of cilantro
1 Tspn lemon juice
1 green chilli (available at indian stores)
1 tbspn of plain yogurt
1 Tspn jeera seeds (available at indian stores)
Salt to taste
Coconut flakes 1 Tspn
Add the ingredients in a blender and blend till you get a fine paste like consistency.
Serve as a spread on bread or with traditional indian snacks like samosas.
