1/2 cabbage finely cut
2 Tspn coconut oil
1 Tspn cumin seeds
4 to 5 cloves go garlic
Pinch of asoefitida
1 large Spanish onion finely chopped
1 Tspn garam masala
1 Tspn red chilli powder
1/4 Tspn turmeric powder
1 Tspn corriander powder
1 tomato chopped
1/4 cup corriander leaves
Add the oil to the pot. Let it get warm.
add the mustard, cumin, hing garlic and onion
let the onion cook till it is translucent
Add the turmeric, garam masala, red chilli powder and corriander, mix and let cook for 3 mminutes add the tomatoes and cook till the tomatoes are soft.
you can now blend the mixture for a softer cconsistency put the mixture back in the pot and cook for a minute and then add the cabbage
Cook till soft
add salt to taste and now mix. Cook for another two minutes and let it sit. Serve with chapatis or rice.
