Sweet potato apple banana pancake

This a healthy quick recipe you can make for your breakfast. No added sugar in this recipe.

Serving size: makes 8 – 10 small pancakes. Serves 3 people


1/2 boiled mashed sweet potato
1/2 mashed banana
1/4 apple boiled mashed
2 tbspn flour
1/2 cup milk
Coconut oil if needed

1. Blend the above ingredients in a blender
2. Put done sized blended batter on a non stick pan and cook until both sides are golden brown
3. Serve standalone or with syrup
